My 2nd encounter with VSA. I first bought a 2012 Altima 4 years ago. 10/2/2017 I purchased a 2017 vehicle. If I could give VSA 10 stars I would Definitely do so. They Are : Professional, Highly Respectful, Efficient, Caring, and Honest. I initially went to view the 2nd vehicle I was interested in.. that turned into a test drive and a purchase in under an hour!! Overall the customer service is great, I had an awesome salesperson in Emily. I bought the car thinking I was getting a taken care one owner vehicle. I left the dealership after signing paperwork, to get home and find my tag lights were out both of them. I called they reimbursed me for the cost after a couple days. Later I noticed that I was sold the vehicle with tires under 25% tread wear. So I called and was told I could get them looked over and if they were bad which they were, I would get tires at their cost. On my next off day I take the car to be detailed and manager tells me to bring back when I’m ready for tires to be replaced. I go back after I notice in the rain the car wasn’t handling well. I get there and was told I would have to purchase them. Just make sure you look over car thoroughly because now I have to buy tires after my first oil change. Also backup camera stopped working set up appointment for that issue at dealership on day off. Did not attempt to look/fix issue passed me to Kia dealership.
I went down to Virginia select a couple of weeks ago and looked at a 2017 mustang. When I left I told Jerry that I would pray about it and get back with him the next week. I was very impressed that they respected me enough to allow me the time I needed rather than pushing me to purchase it that day.I did purchase the mustang and I would like to thank Jerry for going the extra mile for me in everything he did to work with my schedule.you and your team are awesome.
