It's common knowledge that Amherst County Police ticket out of state drivers knowing they can never return to court. And $100 out of the $140 required to reinstate a suspended license goes to the Highway Trauma Fund. I paid my fine late and these people never contacted PA to let them know I paid and my license was wrongfully suspended. These people are backwards and unwilling to help.
