**One note compared to other facilities on the size of the units - The storage area can hold much more than a normal facility as the ceilings are very high in comparison to other units I've rented.
Excellent customer service from Lynn - was always willing to answer any question or concern I had concerning storage! Great location with a fully fenced facility is what attracted me to Amherst Storage. They also have the most affordable rates after comparing against others in Amherst County.
The first time I called I got a really nice lady. A month later, when I was ready to rent a unit, I called three times, left 2 voice messages, and went by the place to speak to someone. Three days later and I still haven't received a call back and when I went by their onsite office it was cleaned out, gates open, no one around.
I've used several storage facilities in the past, and Amherst Storage has been my best experience so far. Lynn is very helpful, easy to get along with and provides excellent customer service. After researching other facilities in the area, Amherst Storage by far had the best rates. The property is well kept and maintained as well as COMPLETELY GATED and located beside the police station for added security. I am completely happy with the decision I made.
